REGULAR BOILER SERVICE
One of the most important reasons for an annual boiler service is that it helps to keep you and the people in your home safe. Whilst safety is our top priority for our customers, having your boiler serviced annually also ensures it is performing efficiently. During your warranty period, which could be up to 10 years, manufacturers require you to have an annual service to keep the warranty valid. While your boiler is under guarantee, if you do not have a service once in every 12 months then your warranty could be void, and if a problem occurs, you’re likely to be liable to pay the full repair costs involved.
UNVENTED HOT WATER CYLINDER SERVICE
Creed Gas Services LTD along with the Hot Water Association (HWA) recommend that you have your hot water cylinder serviced annually to ensure it remains in top working condition and, as a result, safe working order. Annual servicing could help identify any potential issues caused by hard water, and as a result limescale, any broken or faulty parts and broken system controls, which could lead to a costly replacement if left unchecked.
Furthermore, unvented cylinders have a greater service need due to the water being stored in a sealed, pressurised vessel at high temperatures. Annual servicing will allow a service engineer to test safety valves, pressure and general performance to ensure the cylinder is working at optimum efficiency.

LANDLORD GAS SAFETY RECORD
To ensure your tenants’ safety, all gas appliances and flues need to undergo an annual gas safety check – which should always be carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Once this has been done, you'll be given a Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) with details of all the checks that were carried out.

No need to wait for the gas or electric hob to boil a pan of water, fill from your boiling water tap and maintain on the hob. Saves time and is more efficient than boiling from cold. Boiling water taps are cheaper to run over a 24hr period than a kettle (assuming the kettle is used at least 3 times in 24hrs).

SYSTEM CLEANSING
A system cleanse is a full clean of your heating system, all pipes, radiators, controls and boiler water ways.

If your radiators have cold spots or don’t heat to their full potential, the heating system or boiler is noisy, boiler constantly cycling ‘on’ and ‘off’ then you may need a system cleanse.

RADIATORS
Whether you looking to replace like for like, upgrade to a modern column/designer radiator or install a radiator in a new location.  We are able to help, not only by quoting and completing the work but also providing advice on what’s right for the room and heat requirement.

UNVENTED CYLINDER SERVICE
£65+vat
Annual service/inspection for unvented hot water cylinders, typically found in newly built properties where there are no tanks in loft space. (Price reduced to £30+vat when booked with a boiler service or full heating system service) Labour only.
HEATING REPAIRS
£75+vat
Includes an hour labour for diagnosis and repair.  If we are able to repair the fault with no parts within the hour this is all you will pay.  All repairs requiring parts will be discussed prior to repair work starting.
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CHECK
£75+vat
Includes safety check of boiler, hob and gas installation. CP12 certificate issued. Additional appliances £15 each.
TAP REPLACMENT
From £70+vat
Price for first tap replacement (like for like). Additional taps replaced during same visit will incur additional charge. Any major pipework alterations will be advised before work commences.
SMART CONTROL INSTALLATION
From £80+vat
Price to replace a single thermostat to smart control. (Labour only)Dual thermostat replacement for smart controls £115+vat. (Labour only)Please ask for supply and fit options.
SYSTEM CLEANSE
From £380+vat
Upto 10 radiators, includes drain down, system cleanse and refill. Price includes all required chemicals for work to be complete. Usually we would visit prior to work to confirm cleanse is required, unless we have already provided this advice during a previous visit.
BOILER REPLACEMENT
